At Castle Hill Yoga we offer an extensive Anusara Yoga program, which currently includes a total of 12 Anusara® and Anusara-Inspired™ yoga classes a week.

Anusara is a unique blend of Hatha yoga that meshes biomechanical principles of alignment with a celebration of the heart and spirit. Anusara and Anusara-Inspired yoga classes emphasize backbends, hip-openers, arm-balances, standing poses, forward bends, and twists and combine them in a creative sequence that helps students deepen their practice and their understanding of body-mechanics.

Similarly, our Focus on Form and Focus on Grace classes are taught by both Anusara and Anusara-Inspired teachers and take students through basic and intermediate level poses in a supportive, dynamic, and playful environment.
