Embrace it as you make your way through our main equipment floor, walk past our traditional Pilates Studio, and follow the rock climbing wall, until you arrive to the warm, nurturing space we've created for our Austin yoga studio.
Yoga is a journey back to self…a chance to reconnect body, mind and soul. Whatever you seek from yoga, whether it is increased flexibility, body awareness, or peace of mind, we give you the venue and quality instruction to achieve it.
We offer you Austin's finest yoga instructors in a supportive, encouraging environment conducive to the practice of yoga. Whether you're looking for a Vinyasa or Power Yoga class that challenges your muscles, you're injured or new to yoga and want a gentle pace, or you'd like to develop your form and technique, our program will fit your needs. Our instructors are both well trained and experienced and you can rest assured that whichever class you choose to participate in, you will be in competent, friendly and helpful hands.
In addition to our weekly schedule of classes, we host one and two day workshops, class series, teacher training and immersion programs to help take your journey deeper.
